30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Unused and in the same condition that you received it
* In its original packaging
* With all tags and accessories included
* Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to the following address:

⚠ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For international orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes paid at the destination country are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos to help our team verify the problem.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
* Perishable goods
* Personalized or custom items
* Personal care items
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
* Gift cards
* Sale items / discounted items

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest method is:
1. Submit a return request
2. After your return is approved and received
3. Place a new order for the replacement item
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is delivered to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Refunds
When your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
